I am an amateur cook and I am always  looking out for new and improved kitchen gadgets to facilitate my work. I love using garlic in my cooking not to mention the  health benefits of garlic. Over the years I have acquired several garlic presses of various quality and price. Some performed better than others but most broke down and a couple of expensive high-end ones are still usable. My major objection, to all garlic presses, is the need to squeeze so hard to extract the garlic that ism such a nuisance to elderly, arthritic or weak hands in general. My Daughter loves to cook with me but you have to squeeze the other presses so hard she could not do then along comes this terrific, all steel, sturdy garlic press in an elegant sleek design. It is economical and requires minimal squeeze to convey maximum pressure on the contents of the basket. The resulting mince is a homogeneous paste whether using a peeled raw clove or one with skin. It can also be used to mince ginger and soft nuts. My Daughter can use this easily she loves to mince the garlic now .The press is very easy to clean and is dishwasher safe. The press is attractively packaged in an elegant cardboard presentation box, which would make a nice gift. A silicon tube for peeling cloves is included as a bonus. it peels the Garlic so well. The Silicon peeler is very well made  its sturdy it has a nice feel it dose  not look nor feel flimsy by any means clean up is simple I just run it under hot water since I really don't like using soap on plastics ' rubbers or anything of the sort. First off let me say the stainless straws look really cool and are very well made  I received 5 jumbo straws and a cleaning brush. The Family was very  excited, to try them as soon as  they saw the straws, so we tried them right away. If you're used to drinking with plastic straws, you know how the acids in some drinks can alter the taste when they interact with plastic. There is also this "plastic" taste when you sip through it. Drinking from a stainless steel straw is totally different. It doesn't alter the taste or flavor of the drink and it does not get clogged, so you can easily sip even the thickest smoothies. I have to say these straws are the best by far and the price is not bad at all. as soon as my family seen them they all called dibs on them my daughter was kind enough to let me use one so I could do this review I have a family of Six so I was the only one who did not get to keep one lol. they are awesome my daughter decided to stick hers in the freezer to see what would happen if she did so thinking that it might stick to her lips in the same way your tongue would if you stuck it to a pole in the winter but that did not happen it did however freezer her drink a bit as she sucked it through the straw she just loved that it did that. they are great for those thick creamy shakes we all love to make and cleaning the straws is a breeze. Simply insert the sudsy bristle cleaner and brush through the inside of the straw, then rinse as usual. so there is no fuss in cleaning them the best part is you don't have to worry about germs and bacteria growing on them like you would have if you was using plastic straws I don't know about you but I would wash out the plastic straws and reuse them it made no sense to me to throw them away after one use but then I would worry about all the germs and bacteria that could be growing  in them and on them  with the Eco At Heart Straws I don't have that worry I know every time my family uses them they will be germ and bacteria free and you can take them any where use them any where they make great gifts and are great if your having a party they fit any occasion , party theme or what ever you want to use them for . Back To School: My Growing Up Reward Chart:Tool for Children in Elementary School Review

My Daughter  really enjoyed helping me set up the Back To School My Growing Up Rewards Chart for the upcoming school year and it already has her behaving better.  I had tried other reward charts before and my Daughter did not seem interested in them at all but with this one she is I think it has to do with the bright colors and cute stickers it comes with it also comes with a nice easy to wipe off marker and Four sticky tabs so you can put it any where.This is a great tool for positive reinforcement and you can set your own achievable goals and  behaviors plus the kids will love seeing the stickers being placed on it because there were good. It's a great tool to instill a real life tool and  behaviors that will benefit your little one for years to come. I also like that there are blank spots that you can use to create your own "behavior" and with the dry erase capability you can change things up as needed.
